In case you weren't aware, hummus is a passion in Israel and we've got Chef Tal to show us how it's done! Along with his amazing energy and humor, he'll share tricks of the trade, creative cooking ideas and he'll gladly answer questions you may have to help with the culinary "boredom" that we may be experiencing these days!
Chef Tal studied at the FCI in New York and cooked at numerous restaurants and kitchens around the world before he returned back home to Israel. His specialty is his outdoor, catering experiences. A true treat for the palate and all of your 5 Senses!
